Agreement
By registering, purchasing or using QuickQ, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
Account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate information and protect account credentials. The account holder is responsible for activity under the account.
Acceptable use
The service may be used only for lawful purposes. Do not infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with networks, access systems without authorization or violate applicable law.
Subscriptions, renewals and refunds
Plan term, price and device allowance are shown at purchase. Automatic renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are disclosed at checkout and remain subject to mandatory local consumer law.
Changes and interruptions
Nodes and features may change for maintenance, security, route quality or regulatory reasons. We work to maintain service but do not promise that every region, route or third-party service will always be available.
Software licence
During an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the apps. QuickQ software, interfaces, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service as permitted by law for fraud, abuse, non-payment or a material breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These limits do not affect consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
